  1. In accordance with the Veterinary Surgeons Act of 1966, all animals must have a written veterinary referral. Failure to provide this by the time of treatment will result in your animal not being seen, but you may be charged for the appointment.

  2. Please do not feed your animal within 2 hours of your appointment

  3. Please ensure that your pet has been to the toilet prior to our session. 

  4. All animals are treated with care, respect and compliance. This may necessitate allowing time for your animal to relax before any hands on assessment is initiated at the first session.

  5. Any animal presenting with sickness, diarrhoea, or flea infestation will not be treated, but the appointment will be charged for.

  6. Payment is required by cash, cheque or BACS at time of or prior to treatment. I currently do not offer card payments. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged for.

  7. Many insurance companies will reimburse costs for veterinary physiotherapy, but you are advised to check your policy before booking an appointment.

  8. Please contact us to re-arrange your appointment if any of the following apply. These conditions will not be charged a cancellation fee, and we will endeavour to re-arrange a new booking ASAP.

    1.  You or your animal are suffering illness

    2.  You or your animal are suffering from injury. If this is an injury to your horse that has occurred since booking the appointment please contact us or your Vet so we can be sure treatment is in your animal's best interest.   

    3. You or your animal have contracted a contagious disease

    4. You have COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone with COVID-19, or have been contacted by the NHS Test and Trace app.
